Overview of the Role

Responsible for overall management of the Kitchen optimizing the overall productivity, food cost, product delivery & team hiring from long term business perspective.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Ensuring Promptness, freshness & Quality of product delivery
  • Ensuring strict implementation of hygiene policies and clearance of audits.
  • Hiring and training of staff to meet service, operational and financial objectives.
  • Overall charge of food stock, Equipment and ordering
  • Setting and monitoring performance standards of staff.
  • Obtaining feedback from residents, managing their complaints & taking their suggestions.
