Overview of the Role

Responsible for overall management of F&B Outlets optimizing the overall productivity, forecasting, product delivery, Resident feedback & team hiring from long term business perspective.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring Promptness, freshness & Quality of product delivery
  • Ensuring strict implementation of Standard operating procedures
  • Hiring and training of staff to meet service, operational and financial objectives
  • Overall charge of ordering & Forecasting
  • Setting and monitoring performance standards of staff
  • Obtaining feedback from residents, managing their complaints & taking their suggestions
  • Plan Customised menus for resident events
  • Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors fetching Sponserships
  • Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff with restaurant manager & Banquet Manager
  • Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
