To direct & guide the Food & Beverage operation in providing highest level of hospitality to Guests and ensures high standard of Food & Beverage in all the outlets in order to achieve maximum guest satisfaction & organizational profitability, in an atmosphere of high employee morale.

The following would be the key job responsibilities:
  • Leads and monitors all operational activities of the departments
  • Makes key decisions regarding day-to-day operational issues; removes obstacles to success and ensures adequate resources are available to achieve business results
  • Serves as the one-point-contact for all activities and communication related to the department
  • Reviews financial reports for the department and implements ongoing initiatives to ensure that the revenues and expenses are in line with budgets
  • Ensure all the local laws, rules and regulations are strictly adhered to
  • Reviews and lead plans for improving APC and Productivity
  • Ensures adherence of expiry dates of all F&B Products and usage thereof
  • Facilitates pre-meal briefings with the Chef and Restaurant Manager to educate restaurant staff on menu items including ingredients, preparations methods and unique tastes
  • Ensures that all associates report to duty punctually and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
