Overview of the role

Responsible for leasing of Office space to quality clients and achieve Yearly leasing targets defined as per business plans during the financial year and also handle the Key Account Management relationship from long term business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Leasing Office space & Key Account Management in defined cluster/ territory
  • Competitive Benchmarking and market intelligence
  • Market development, IPC broker development and relationships.
  • Coordination with Internal departments to smoothly complete leasing deals/ processes
  • Manage excellent relationship with Clients / IPCs
  • Ensure high level of Client satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding of clients in our premises
  • Customer relationship management- pre & post transition
