Overview of the role

Overall responsibility for developing marketing strategies and plans to contribute to the luxury malls rental and profit growth by developing differentiated marketing platforms for future growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Develop strong relationship with brand heads of main groups, key Brands and anchors to develop co branded marketing properties across our luxury malls portfolio.
  • Conduct periodic consumer research of our luxury malls and give direction to mall marketing teams.
  • Identify and engage good data analytics company to provide intelligence for effective events and promotions.
  • Giving strategic direction to the luxury malls division through consumer research, data analytics, macro market trends.
  • Give direction and implement digital marketing tools and programs across shopping malls.
  • Centralise PR and ensure and facilitate PR for all shopping malls.
  • Build a good network of media agencies and guide mall marketing to create effective monthly retainers.
  • Identify new revenue streams through E Comm platform etc to keep luxury malls relevant in luxury retail real estate business.
